We will collect the following data when you use the Service: location where you search for events, events you view, join, leave, messages you post on the event chat, venues you view and follow, players you view and follow.
We will collect the following data when you use the Service: time and date at which you access the Service, technical information about the device you use to access the Service, including the device model, screen size and resolution, operating system, internet carrier / bandwidth.We will also collect timestamps and details of actions you perform in the Apps and error / crash details in log files.
To facilitate online payment for an event, we collect the following payment card data if you choose to pay for an event online: 16-digit card number, 3-digit card security number, card expiry date.If you make an online payment through the Apps we collect the following data: date and time of the payment and the event against which the payment is made.

2.1 Data processed to deliver the Service
We will process your personal data in the following ways to deliver the Service to you:
1. Analyse details of actions you perform in the Apps and error / crash information to maintain and improve the Apps.
2. Display in the Apps your user name in events that you have joined and date on which you have joined, public messages that you have posted in events and time at which you posted them.
3. Send you important information including changes to details of events you have joined, online payment receipts, and critical updates to our Service or Apps.
4. Personalise the Service to you by sending you curated game invitations, updates from organiser or venues you have followed, alerts to new chat messages in events you have joined, and other recommendations.
2.2 Third party advertisement
We may send you third party advertisements or display them in the Apps.
If you click on an in-app advertisement, you will usually leave the Service and be transferred to a third-party website. We are not responsible for any third parties’ content and privacy practices and any Data you provide will not be covered by this Policy.
We only share your personal data with third parties to deliver our Service to you:
3.1 Personal data displayed in the Apps
As part of the Service, your user name and App usage statistics (for example, how many events you have joined, or when you last logged in) will be displayed in the Apps to facilitate organising and joining of events.
3.2 Personal data shared with online payment provider
As stated in section 1.5 of this Policy, if you choose to pay for an event through the Apps, we will collect and share your payment card data to our online payment service provider.
We do not store your payment card data on our servers. We only transmit, securely, your payment card data to third party service providers to facilitate the payment you wish to make, and if and only if you instruct us to through a check box in the Apps, store the payment token provided by third party service providers which enables you to make future payments without having to enter your payment card data.The payment tokens are designed such that only we can use it to make future payments on your behalf, and we do not share it with any third parties except the online payment provider that issued it to us.
We may communicate with you from time to time for the following reasons:
4.1 To communicate important information to you
Important information may include information you require to properly use the Service or information we are obligated to provide you under our Terms of Service, for example as described in section 2.1 paragraph 3 in this PolicyWe will communicate important information to you via your registered email address and mobile push notifications.
4.2 To personalise the Service to you
As described in our Terms of Service, to help you get the most out of the Service, we will use your personal data to personalise the Service to you, which may require us to communicate with you for example as described in section 2.1 paragraph 4 in this Policy.You can choose whether to receive such communications and how you receive them, by using a set of checkboxes provided under the Notifications section of the menu provided in the Apps.
4.3 Third-party advertisement
We may communicate with you to advertise relevant third-party service, promotions, offers and services relevant to you.You can provide or withdraw your consent to receiving such communications at any time by using a set of checkboxes provided under the Notifications section of the menu provided in the Apps.

5.2 Right to Restrict and Object
As stated in section 4 you can restrict or not allow processing of your personal data for the purposes of personalising the Service and providing third-party advertisement to you.If we are permitted to do so by all applicable laws, you may also request that we retain but not further process your data for any purpose, by contacting us by email as described in section 9 of this Policy.
5.3 Right to Data Portability
You may request that we provide a copy of your personal data to third parties in csv or other commonly available format, by contacting us by email as described in section 9 of this Policy.
5.4 Right not to be subject to automated decision making
We do not use your personal data to conduct any automated decision making as defined under the GDPR.
Unless you have requested us to erase your personal data, we will retain your personal data for as long as required to provide the Service to you.
As stated in the Terms of Service children under the age of 13 are not eligible to use the Service. If we become aware of any accounts being opened and operated by children under the age of 13 we will immediately delete any data associated with such accounts.
We may from time to time make changes to this Policy to reflect changes in the Service. We will notify you in advance of such changes through the Apps or via email.
